1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

  • The request is made within the allowed time frame


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Digital products or promotional items (if applicable)


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  • Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund after reviewing the issue.
